Terms and Conditions

You may use Choocer only if you can form a binding agreement and are allowed to use the service under applicable law. You are responsible for the phone number you provide and for activity under your session.

Choocer uses SMS verification for login. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly stop using a phone number that no longer belongs to you.

Menu availability, pricing, taxes, fees, delivery windows, cutoff times, substitutions, and cancellation options may vary by merchant, location, and date. Your order is not final until it is accepted and any required payment is completed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize charges for orders you place, including applicable taxes, service fees, delivery fees, tips, and other amounts shown at checkout.

Choocer supports workplace dining at approved pickup or delivery points. You are responsible for selecting the correct date, location, recipient name, and delivery window, and for picking up or receiving the order during the available window.

Merchants and delivery coordinators may need to make reasonable adjustments due to food availability, operational issues, building access, weather, traffic, or other events outside their control.

When you check the SMS consent box, you authorize Choocer to use your mobile number to send transactional order update messages. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your cell plan.

SMS order updates are provided for convenience and may not be available at all times. You remain responsible for checking Choocer for current order status and for following any opt-out instructions if you no longer want eligible texts.

You agree not to misuse Choocer, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, scrape the service without permission, or use Choocer in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe activity is fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise harmful to Choocer, users, merchants, service providers, or GourmetCarte.

Choocer is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Choocer after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you have questions, contact us through the support channels made available in Choocer or GourmetCarte.
